CLUB COFFS UP FOR SALE AFTER CLOSURE

Almost a year after financial problems forced Club Coffs to close, the building and adjacent bowling greens are up for sale.
The iconic landmark on West High Street opened as the Catholic Club 46 years ago.
The three hectare property is zoned Private Recreation, which allows a range of uses for developers.
“It could be a community centre, a child care centre, retirement housing, church, another club so all those uses are possible,” said Barry Booth from First National.
There’s no price tag but expressions of interest are invited until the 31st of March.
