OWNER OF LOST VIDEO CAMERA FOUND

The owner of a video camera which was scooped up from the ocean floor – miraculously in working order, has been found.

Melbourne teenager Jay Moss, who’s now over in Canada, was holidaying with his family at Cabarita in 2013 when the camera, which was a birthday present slipped off his board – into the surf.

It was found two weeks ago by Tweed trawler operator Sean Spiers.

Today Jay and Sean spoke for the first time over the internet.

“We saw the vision I knew you’d be pleased to see it again so thought we’d find you. Yeah I really appreciate it man, like most people these days probably be like oh cool, free camera.”

“It wanted to find you mate so it’s been found and located.”

“Just thanks a million for trying to get it back to me – that’s just something I wouldn’t have expected.”
