Queensland Cup reigning premiers the Tweed Seagulls, and the Burleigh Bears have played their last matches for 2008 after failing to make the finals.
Burleigh’s campaign was ended by Souths Logan Magpies at Pizzey Park and the Bears finished just a point outside the top five, but didn’t go down without a fight.
