The future of the Worimi Conservation Lands, is under review, with a draft management plan released today.
It proposes the re-introduction of camping, with the development of 30 designated sites.
350-hectares of dunes will be available for recreational vehicles, while the majority of dunes north of Lavis Lane, damaged in the June 2012 storms, will remain closed.
The plan will be on public exhibition until February.
