The debts that threatened Nathan Tinkler’s sporting empire have been settled in court.
The ATO moved to wind up the Hunter Sports Group, the Newcastle Knights and the Jets over more than $2.7-million in unpaid taxes.
Today the Federal Court dismissed the case against HSG and the Knights after a settlement was reached.
The case surrounding the Jets debt is still in the process of being settled.
