A 28-year-old Inverell man, charged with murder, was refused bail in Inverell Court today.
Brendan Colley is accused of the murder of a 39-year-old Inverell man, found dead in his Lindsay Avenue home last month.
Colley made no plea today, and will now face Armidale Court in February.
His 18-year-old brother has also been charged with murder.
Meanwhile, a 22-year-old Wee Waa man charged with the murder of an Inverell man has again been refused bail.
Ashley Smith is accused of attacking a 31-year-old man, outside Narrabri’s Crossing Theatre in June this year.
The man later died from his injuries.
Smith will reappear in Tamworth court in December.
