Specialist police, six dog squads and PolAir have been called into Upper Coomera to track down a missing police dog that was last seen chasing an armed offender.
This morning officers tried to arrest a man and woman who were seen with a knife.
The woman was detained but the man allegedly rammed a police car and ran off.
‘Ox’ went after the suspect in the thick bushland but hasn’t been seen since.
Anyone who sees the large black German Shepherd should call triple zero.
