CHEF TEACHES YOUNG ADULTS BECOME MORE INDEPENDENT IN THE KITCHEN

Six visually impaired and blind young adults have learned some basic cooking skills, meal preparation and safety tips in a first of its kind class in Coffs Harbour.
Teaching the class is renowned chef Nate Quinnell, who also happens to be blind and deaf.
