A 23-year-old escapee will spend an extra seven months behind bars, following his recapture in Port Macquarie.
Christopher James Piper has also been charged with supplying a prohibited drug after police allegedly found 57 ecstasy tablets in his pocket.
He’s pleaded not guilty to that charge.
