Lennox Head’s Mel Mott has taken out the open longboard title at the Mid North Coast Girls Surf Classic at Bonny Hills.
Younger competitors dominated the shortboard divisions with Kingscliff’s Ashlee Spence winning the open title and 11-year-old Alyssa Lock, the under 14s.
