An Armidale business has been added to the state government’s name-and-shame website, highlighting food-law violations.
The Chinese restaurant, Mum Hing, in Beardy Street received three fines totalling almost $2,000, for improperly storing food and failing to maintain kitchen equipment in a clean condition.
The state government website has had 1.5-million hits since its introduction 12 months ago.
