Ballina athlete Jay Meaney will represent Australia after qualifying for the World Junior Athletics Titles in Barcelona.
The 17-year-old qualified for the four by 400 metre relay team, after a stunning performance at the Australian Championships where he claimed two gold medals and a bronze.
