Malcolm Naden, one of Australia’s most wanted men, has been captured near Gloucester in the Upper Hunter.
Naden has eluded police for 7 years, wanted for questioning over the murder of 24-year-old in Dubbo in June 2005, the disappearance if a woman in the same year, the aggravated indecent assault of a 15-year-old in 2004 and the shooting of a police officer in Nowendoc late last year.
