Independent Jamie McIntyre has put small business at the head of his agenda as he takes on the four candidates vying for the hotly contested seat of New England, left vacant by Tony Windsor.
It’s already been a tough campaign for Mr McIntyre after his 21st Century Party failed to register with the Australian Electoral Commission in time.
