JETS WOMEN TAKE PART IN W-LEAGUE LAUNCH

Jets W-League striker Tara Andrews says she’s looking forward to playing alongside new American teammates, Megan Oyster and Caprice Dydasco.
“They came off the back of the American season so they’re going to be fit … we’ve got a lot of young talent so hopefully that will compliment the experienced players nicely.”
Andrews and coach Craig Deans attended the competition launch in Sydney this morning, ahead of the Jets’ first game in Perth on October 24.
“I think from our point of view we’ve got a young team and a lot of local girls so we need to focus on ourselves and be the best we can be.”
