Local favourite Steel Allure has taken out the $9,000 Woop Woop Cup in Wauchope today.
It was a close race to the finish line, but the five-year-old mare managed to secure the win with the help of top local jockey Peter Graham.
Wauchope’s 9-year-old galloper Wannabe came in second, while Port Macquarie-trained Belaction placed third.
The five-race non-TAB meet is a Hastings favourite with the event once again attracting thousands to Wauchope’s race course.
