There were a few selection surprises at the Newcastle Knights ahead of Sunday’s game against the Warriors.
With Kurt Gidley on state duty, Dan Tolar will captain the team… there’s a change at fullback… and halfback Scott Dureau gets an all-important chance to stand up and be counted.

I feel for Scott Dureau…
He is on a hiding to nothing. It must be extremely daunting for him to come into the side cold without game time and be expected to provide a “match winning performance”
give him a chance to put a few games together & then he will probably be in a position to do well ….providing the fowards have given him the appropriate platform
