The Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley resort at Lovedale near Cessnock is up for sale, under the instruction of receivers.
Ferrier Hodgson is calling for expressions of interest in the wine country resort, that had been owned and developed by the troubled Hightrade group.
The award winning resort, advertised as the Jewel of the Hunter, continues to trade.
Expressions of interest close in early August.
