A taxi driver from Warners Bay has told Newcastle District Court that a 32-year old woman he’s accused of kidnapping and indecently assaulting, actually made advances towards him.
Corey Edward Still has pleaded not guilty to four charges, including stealing the woman’s clothes and phone.
