Rugby League star, Greg Inglis, will be among those heading to the races at Bowraville on Boxing Day, where he’ll present trophies to race winners.
The Boxing Day meeting, which traditionally attracts a large crowd, will have a five race program.
Gates open at 11am with the first race set for a 1.40 start.
Race club officials say the course is in excellent condition, however light showers are forecast for Sunday.
They’ll have their fingers crossed that they don’t get too much more rain between now and then.
