LISMORE RETIREE WINS $2M LOTTO

Lotto players have been lining up at a Lismore newsagency in the hope that a retiree’s luck will rub off on them.
A Lismore man in his 60s, who wishes to remain anonymous, claimed the division one prize from Wednesday night’s draw, the ticket for which was sold at Scott’s News.
While he walked away with $2-million, others haven’t been quite so lucky.
“Mick’s been promising for years for years but he hasn’t delivered.”
“Well not to you anyway.”
“Not to me.”
It’s the biggest winning ticket the shop has sold.
“Keep looking at all the customers thinking it might be them, but yeah we don’t know.”
Lotteries is still looking for the unregistered owner of the other winning ticket, which was sold from Coffs Harbour’s Park Beach plaza kiosk.
