The head of Hunter Aboriginal Children’s Services has been stood down, after being charged with child pornography offences.
44-year-old Steve Larkins has been accused of producing, disseminating or possessing child abuse material, after detectives raided the Tighes Hill-based organisation’s headquarters on Tuesday.
Hunter Aboriginal Children’s Services is responsible for placing youths in foster care.
