The Hastings Valley Vikings will have a shot at back-to-back Mid North Coast Rugby Union premierships, when they meet Coffs Harbour in the season decider on the weekend.
The Vikings disposed of the Port Pirates in the preliminary final at Stuart Park, in a nail-biting three-point win.
After a bruising 80 minutes of play, the two sides were locked on 18-all at full time, pushing the match into extra time.
The Vikings managed to come away with the win, setting up what’s tipped to be a blockbuster grand final at Coffs Harbour next Saturday.
