Mitchell’s Island illustrator, Stephen Michael King, has received national recognition for his work in ‘Scary Night’.
King was one of only two people named on the honour roll in the Early Childhood category of the prestigious Children’s Book Council of Australia awards.
The announcement coincides with Book Week celebrations across the country.
