TOP POWERBOAT DRIVERS TAKE TO CLARENCE

Adrenaline was pumping in Grafton this afternoon when round two of the Australian Formula Powerboat Grand Prix series sped off.
Some of the world’s best drivers took to the Clarence for the qualifying round.
Port Macquarie’s Michael Page was confident heading into his formula two race, but bombed out with engine problems.
45 competitors across eight classes will continue their assault on the Clarence in the main races on Sunday.
We’ll have a full wrap of the event in NBN News tomorrow night.
