Investigations are underway after a man armed with a machete robbed a pub in Smithtown.
It’s alleged he entered the Riverside Hotel wearing a balaclava at 9 o’clock last night, and threatened a staff member behind the bar.
Police say he grabbed more than $2000 in cash and fled the scene.
The incident was captured on CCTV cameras.
