The 44th Taree District Eisteddfod has been declared a smashing success, uncovering a record number of budding stars from around the region.
More than 2,100 performers have taken the stage during the annual cultural competition which kicked off last month.
Popular sections include dance, vocal, music and speech and drama.
The Taree and District Eisteddfod Program is now one of the biggest in Australia, and costs more than $100,000 to run over the six weeks.
