The Federal Member for Cowper Luke Hartsuyker has slammed the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission over regional fuel prices.
Mr Hartsuyker says it shouldn’t take the A-Triple-C two months and another investigation to determine that petrol retailers on the mid north coast don’t respond to downward movements in oil prices.
He says drivers in the region deserve immediate action because every day prices remain high is another day of higher costs for family budgets.
