State Liberal MP Craig Baumann has asked the Fair Trading Minister to investigate rent hikes at a Fern Bay caravan park.
Bayview Village residents are facing increases of close to 40 per cent.
This just goes to show how greedy this company is and how little protection there actually is for these pensioners. The last fair trading minister did absolutely nothing to try and rectify this problem for residents living in parks. It will be interesting to see how the new minister will deal with this issue.
