Chad Reed’s championship charge has come to end, with the Kurri motocross ace finishing third overall in the rich US series.
A crash in the final round ended a frustrating season for the multiple champion, who for the first time used a bike prepared by his own team.
The 450 class was won by American Ryan Villopoto, with countryman Ryan Dungey finishing second.
