BULAHDELAH BYPASS ON TRACK

A new phase has begun in the construction of the Bulahdelah bypass.
Traffic controls are in place south and north of the town, as work continues on two main interchanges.
The 8.6 kilometre bypass skirts the eastern side of Bulahdelah, and should be completed by the end of next year.
More than 260 workers are involved in the construction of the $315-million section of highway.
About half of the 600-kilometres of Pacific Highway to the Queensland border is now dual carriageway.
