The Regional Planning Panel will meet in Newcastle tonight, to consider a proposed $31-million development at the Bimet Lodge site.
In July, the panel asked the proponents to go back to the drawing board, to address residents’ concerns over the building’s height, and traffic congestion.
The planned development on Union Street includes 107 units, as well as a boarding house.
