State Premier, Barry O’Farrell, has received the O’Reilly report into the Orica chemical leak at Kooragang Island.
The inquiry, headed by former Director-General of the Premier’s Department, Brendan O’Reilly, was held amid questions over why it took so long to notify residents about the leak.
The O’Farrell Government says it will consider any recommendations in the report, but won’t give a time frame for its release.
