There could be longer and more frequent delays at the Adamstown rail crossing, if a new coal mine gets the go-ahead on the Central Coast.
That’s the fear of Newcastle Lord Mayor, John Tate, who’s calling for alternative routes for transporting the coal from Wyong to the port.
