A resource directory has been launched in Port Macquarie, at an open day as part of Mental Health Week.
The 20-page booklet, which contains details of local services and support groups, was unveiled at Bourne House.
The event, entitled Bringing it Together, featured information stalls, community networking and speeches from service providers and guests.
