A 19-year-old man allegedly responsible for the death of his brother’s girlfriend in a crash at Suffolk Park, will face Lismore court again next month.
Jamie Brock Robinson fronted court this morning, charged with dangerous driving occasioning death while being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
It’s alleged he was behind the wheel when he lost control on Broken Head Road back in February, causing an accident that killed 19-year-old Annabel Claire Bugden.
Robinson’s lawyers wanted the case moved to Armidale, where both families reside.
The request was denied, and he’ll front Lismore court again in February.
