COUNCIL TO CHALLENGE COURT DECISION

The Coffs Harbour City Council will appeal a Land and Environment Court decision to approve a controversial 200-lot subdivision at Hearnes Lake.

The Council claims it will be an environmental disaster if it’s allowed to proceed.
