WALLSEND AGED CARE PROTESTORS TAKE ON SYDNEY

Protestors took their fight to keep the Wallsend Aged Care Facility in public hands to state parliament today.
The group, which argues privatisation will mean a decline in the level of care, met with several MPs before rallying in Macquarie Street.
The upper house has already voted to block the sell-off plan, and its fate now rests with the lower house.
Protestors will form a picket line outside the Wallsend facility tomorrow morning.
