Hello NBN . Is this programme named after the beaurocrat , David Richmond, who tore the guts out of the psychiatric institutions in NSW ? You may need to look @ why the psych: services in the State are in the predicament that they are.
Why is the A & C wards within the walls of Long Bay Gaol the biggest Psych: Facility that the State has….. basically because the political & beaurocratic do gooders have cast people with a mental illness aside…….. Barry
