RENEWED PLEAS TO FIND MISSING BABY

Police have renewed calls for public help to locate a baby girl, taken from Taree’s Manning Base Hospital yesterday afternoon.
The baby’s 26-year-old mother, Emily Wotherspoon, was seen leaving with her at around 12:30.
“Police have made a lot of efforts to overnight to try and locate Emily. We’ve been to the houses of a lot of family and friends and places she’s been, but we’ve had no luck.”
There are serious concerns for the baby, who requires urgent medical attention.
“We would like to encourage Emily to bring her baby into the hospital or any hospital if she’s no longer in Taree.”
Emily is described as 170 centimetres tall, with a light brown complexion and dark hair.
Anyone with information should call triple zero.
