It’s one of the Manning Valley’s entertainment highlights, and organisers of this year’s Akoostik Festival want to add more to the experience.
They’re proposing a limited camping trial which would see a section of Wingham Central Park designated to campers.
In previous years, the two-day event has drawn thousands to the region and attracted some big names including Australian music legend Richard Clapton.
Greater Taree City Council is inviting the public to comment on the proposal.
