A Floraville developer has lodged plans with Lake Macquarie Council for a $16.5-million, four storey residential and commercial building in Belmont’s main street.
The work includes the demolition of the existing site – which housed Franklins.
It comes as council considers introducing one-way traffic in the neighbouring mall.
