Newcastle Supreme Court today heard claims of a planned revenge attack on Joshua Maynard, who was fatally shot at Raymond Terrace.
During his closing address in the murder trial of Chad Shedden, the Crown Prosecutor told the jury it was Shedden’s intention to kill or seriously injure the victim.
