Raymond Terrace Bowling Club is the place to be this week, after local side, the Jets, claimed the Newcastle District Grade 1 Pennant for the first time in club history.
Celebrating its 80th anniversary, Raymond Terrace went up against Lambton in the final, and the teams were neck and neck after 50 ends.
But Man of the Match, Clay Parker, won his rink 26 shots to 10, to see the Jets finish in front.
