Grafton’s Post Office Hotel has been fined $2,700 after its licencee pleaded guilty to permitting an intoxicated man to remain on its premises in July last year.
He was observed swaying and bumping into people on the night of the Grafton Cup.
Liquor, Gaming and Racing officers, who assisted the man from the premises, warn they will increase patrols at this year’s cup.
