FEARS CHILD COULD BE HARMED BY BIRD POISIONER

Almost 20 crows have been killed in an apparent poision attack at Palm Beach.
For two Sundays in a row, the sick birds have been found around Salk Oval.
While five of the crows managed to survive, 19 have now died.
Currumbin Wildlife Hospital is still waiting for the results of post-mortems, but says it appears the birds have been targeted.
Vets are warning parents to keep an eye on children playing around Thrower Drive, with fears if there is poision in the area it could potentially harm humans.
If you happen to find a sick crow in the area, contact the wildlife hospital.
