The Group-3 rugby league competition will have a new team in its midst next season.
Last night the Port Macquarie Sharks decided to make the switch from Group-2, to reunite with their junior members.
The club says they’ve lost players to other codes and league teams due to financial strains and the stress of having to travel as far as Woolgoolga.
The Sharks will see out the rest of the season with Group-2 though.. they take on Nambucca Heads on Sunday.
