A 61-year-old Armidale man has been charged with manslaughter after a 2-year-old boy drowned in a backyard swimming pool in May.
Police allege the man was the owner of a Fletcher Street residence where the boy was found submerged in the pool, which wasn’t adequately fenced off.
He’ll appear before Armidale Local Court on August 6.
