Lismore will be the home of the Melbourne Heart for a week, next month.
The A-League side will be in town for a pre-season training camp based at Oaks Oval, and a trial game hasn’t been ruled out.
“whilst it’s primarily a football event, they’ll be serious in their training preparations, they’ve certainly made it abundantly clear that they wish to have a lot of community engagement”
That will include some football clinics with young football hopefuls, as well premier league players and coaches.
The camp kicks off August 27th.
