Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal crash at
Nambucca Heads on Saturday, which claimed the life of a 77-year-old Canberra woman.
The victim’s car collided with a B-double on the Pacific Highway just north of Riverside Drive at around 3pm.
It’s believed her car swerved to the wrong side of the road and into the path of the north-bound truck.
The impact of the crash forced both vehicles into bushland, resulting in major traffic delays.
